What we collect and why

The checker runs entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your device.

When you use the checker

We count each check anonymously: company type, state, year and the country your connection comes from. No names, emails or IP addresses are stored, and these counts are deleted after 120 days.

When you ask for reminders

We store your email address, company type, state and the filing dates you asked to be reminded about, so we can email you before each one. We don't sell or share them. Every email has a way to stop reminders.

Partner links

Some "get help" buttons are partner links. If you buy through one, the partner may pay us a fee. We don't send them any of your answers.

Where it's stored

The site and its data are hosted on Cloudflare. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
